Can anyone recommend a camera please?

My old Lumix TZ5 keeps developing faults. Can't afford anything too pricey and don't want a used one in case it is as bad as the one I have.

Could anyone point me in the right direction for a reasonably priced one with a good lens please?

(My phone one is crap).

What is your budget ?
A Nikon d5500 is an excellent dslr camera, so is the canon powershot sx60 if you don't want a dslr.

Thank you, it looks as if I no longer have a budget at all, thanks to no longer having an income so I won't be buying a new one after all.
