Haviana flip flops and blisters

I’ve always had blisters In between my toes from wearing flip flops until I bought havianas a few years ago.

My first few pairs I wore all summer until they wore out and I never got blisters

I’ve pulled out last years and since wearing them I’ve got blisters again

Are there any flip flops or slip on comfortable sandals that are guaranteed blister free?

I have some Havianas which have served my feet well for several years. Yesterday I wore them and they were supremely uncomfortable, well, the right one was, left was OK. Blister and pain between toes. Very strange.

OP I live in flip flops here in NZ 8 months of the year. Havaianas in fact. After 4 months of not using them then wearing again I get blisters. They get a bit stiff after long periods of non use. Let the blisters heal, wear again and all is fine.

I also recommend a bit of talc in between pig toe and where they skim the top of your foot. They will glide over your foot while loosening up. I can't recommend any other flip flops. Havs are amazing. They've taken me up mountains!

Also wear around the house, sitting in the garden. They need a bit of heat to relax the rubber after months of cold storage! After that... like wearing slippers.

I always always always get haviana blisters on the first outing of the year. I get them under the straps not between the toes. I live in mine from now until I really can't get away with it anymore, October time.

This is good news! I’m wearing them in the garden now and hoping they will soften up with that.
They’ve always served me well in the past.
Il try to talk too 👍🏻

Also while self isolating don't think twice about wearing them round the house/garden with a pair of socks! Looks awful but does the job of 'spring hav loosening!'

I always preferred Reef flip flops for this reason, the ones with the fabric toe post and strap never give me blisters.

I have Gumbies they have a fabric post between the toes, and a bottom that looks like a tyre, super comfortable.
