Arghhhhh Morrison’s have changed delivery And now doesn’t work...

Morrison’s have changed their delivery service to being picked from stores as of today and have asked everyone to go back in and change delivery pass info to auto renew. Nothing else was said to be changing

So I’m sitting here Feeding DS so thought I’ll go in and sort it

They now don’t deliver here anymore!!!!!

I’ve only just purchased a delivery pass 2 months ago which I now can’t use!!!

And on top I was incorrectly charged for my last delivery!

God knows if I’ll ever be able to get hold of them to refund it to me!

They’ve all been like this

"They’ve just started delivering in our area but when I went in to check it out there wasn’t a whole lot available."

For the first time in ages, I was able to book a delivery for next week the other day. Except such a lot isn't even showing - not just 'unavailable' but actually not listed at all - including things like whole lettuces (any type) and even bloomin bananas!

Really unimpressed. I filled my trolley anyway as we are rural and getting a delivery at the moment is nearly impossible from any supermarket, but I'm unimpressed.

This store/warehouse change might explain why we’ve got a delivery due today and didn’t get the receipt as normal overnight. So annoying; picking from warehouses and stock relative accuracy was the main plus of Morrison’s.
