Easy Jet refund

I've been waiting for an EasyJet refund of around £370 for about 5 weeks (probably slightly longer). They said it would take 5 DAYS. I can't get through to them on the phone. It won't even allow you to go on hold. I've emailed and had no reply. I've tried the online chat thing but it just comes back with a computer message saying they don't understand the message. What else can I do?

Email Jon Leighton - head of customer services. I got a reply within an hour with confirmation of refund and money back in my bank account 5 days later. Had previously gone though the form on website and heard nothing.

You can ask your bank to do a chargeback if you paid by card and the service was not provided. Check if your bank does it.

Ohlordy, what did you do to get a refund? The form say I need to go through expedia, but expedia tell me to go to easyjet

We were due to be flying with EasyJet on 23rd March and the flights were cancelled. I applied for a refund immediately and received an email today to say it had been processed - dh checked his account and it hasn't arrived yet. So 11 weeks and counting.....

The problem I have is that the flights were booked with expedia..

Ssd - I didn't book through Expedia. I booked through Easyjet so got my refund through Easyjet. Could you contact the CAB for advice?
