I've been waiting for an EasyJet refund of around £370 for about 5 weeks (probably slightly longer). They said it would take 5 DAYS. I can't get through to them on the phone. It won't even allow you to go on hold. I've emailed and had no reply. I've tried the online chat thing but it just comes back with a computer message saying they don't understand the message. What else can I do?
