Trying to watch a Film on fire tablet using echo dot as a speaker which I do most nights.
I normally set max volume on the tablet and then using voice commands increase the volume more on the dot.
Tonight this is not working and I don't know why.
Contact amazon (why I bother I don't know!) and as always their IMMEDIATE "solution" is
"Do a factory reset"
That's their answer always no matter what the problem!
A factory reset really shouldn't be necessary for minor issues. Yet they always seem utterly clueless about a device that is theirs!
Anyone else had this problem and solved WITHOUT the pita of a factory reset?
I love the device but the "support" for it is shit!
