Decide my dinner

I have half a pack of short crust pastry left (one out of two blocks). I made a quiche with it today - what should I do with the pastry I have left? I need to use it tomorrow. No real issue in getting other ingredients so I can go to the shop tomorrow.

We are a vegetarian household, so no meat recipes please.

cheese and onion pie / pasties

Heidi pie - sweet potato and feta with spinach and garlic, top with pastry

Or put on a baking tray, smear with cream cheese and top with grillable veg (peppers, asparagus, mushroom etc)

Or veg sausage rolls
