Emma Mattress - who has one?

Anyone got an Emma mattress? They are doing 20% off for the next few days and we are desperate for a new one (having just found the receipt for our current one and realizing it's 16 years old Envy (not envy)
They offer a 200 night try it or return it policy and it looks like it has won multiple awards (Which?, Good Housekeeping, etc) but I'm worried about buying something online without seeing it in the flesh iykwim.
Reviews look good too but MN is always honest to a fault so wondered if anyone can recommend or alternatively tell me to take a swerve?

I do!
I love it as a bad back sufferer
But
It does get rather warm
You will struggle to leave it in the morning

We have one. I love it - it’s so comfy! It’s easy to wash the cover as well - much easier than our last memory foam mattress.

We have one, sorted out DHs constant bad back. No complaints at all.

Opposite here. Hated it, it did everything it said it wouldn’t! Accept we seem to be in a tiny minority, though.

Love ours! I used to ache so badly in the mornings and I thought it was just post-pregnancy stuff but turns out it was our old mattress!
