You can have people who worked all their life but lost their job before 28/02 so they aren't eligible for the scheme. Or others whose employer is not listening and won't furlough them leaving them with either: unpaid leave for a long period or redundant.
Just have a feeling it will get worse as well. Also whether the furlough scheme will be extended beyond 3 months remains to be seen.
