Hermes supposedly delivered my parcel today. They didn't. 3 of us were in and there was no knock (not unusual tbf). The "proof of signature" is GPS tracking at a spot 50 yards away and across the road.
How the hell do I speak to an actual human about this?
The online assistant doesn't help as it's automated. The only time I tried their 0330 808 5456 number, putting in the tracking number got me "it's been delivered" and no other option. Now their phone lines are closed for the day. Gah!
