Tui customer service?

Has anyone spoken to TUI recently? Does anyone have a customer service number?

We’ve tried to call a few times and got through but given up waiting. This morning none of the numbers we can find connect to anything. Eeeeeek!

I rang the customer service number, the automated voice said not to call if your holiday is after so and so date as they are dealing with the nearest holiday bookings first. I just hung on and purposely got through to any department that was operating just so I could speak to someone! It worked well, try it.

I’ve always thought to myself that I should just be patient, hence why I’ve always hung up. But we are “going” on Friday so it’s getting too close now. Starting to panic! These big companies always seem to find a loophole.

I tweeted them a question about our holiday in July after trying to call them and they answered within a day.

I called midweek on our departure date. Think it was an 0345 number, but it is the one they say to call when you have received your refund credit notice.
Didn't have one but called anyway. It took an hour to get through but I received a full refund back onto my payment card today.
