Can anyone troubleshoot my coffee machine please?!

Hi all, sorry if this is the wrong place to post, I'm struggling to find any posts relating to my question. I have a DeLonghi Scultura Coffee Machine and on Thursday it stopped working. I thought today I would be able to get in touch with DeLonghi via webchat but there isn't a link to contact them. We have fully descaled, cleaned, taken it apart and still no luck. I put the coffee in the filter and press the espresso button and no coffee comes out. It makes all the noises but nothing filters through. Can anyone help or point me in the right direction please?

Does it need priming? Sometimes if they have run dry the pump gets an airlock. There should be something in the instructions.

Does water come out if you try it without the coffee+filter thingy?

We have tried clearing any air blockages, no luck there
Water/steam comes out of the steam pipe but no water comes through the espresso bit...

No advice but 😭😭😭😭 Coffee is keeping me going at the moment!

Have you got a coffee plunger thingy as a back up?

No, I have some instant

Take the coffee bit apart? Our old one had such a mess of coffee grinds and calc the descaler didn't get through it. Taking everything apart with a screwdriver from the coffee end and cleaning it worked. (Disclaimer: I've never done this to a Delonghi)

You could try running the steamer for a minute or so. Otherwise depend the rest of the day on Google or youtube!
