Hi all, sorry if this is the wrong place to post, I'm struggling to find any posts relating to my question. I have a DeLonghi Scultura Coffee Machine and on Thursday it stopped working. I thought today I would be able to get in touch with DeLonghi via webchat but there isn't a link to contact them. We have fully descaled, cleaned, taken it apart and still no luck. I put the coffee in the filter and press the espresso button and no coffee comes out. It makes all the noises but nothing filters through. Can anyone help or point me in the right direction please?
