Splitting one room into two.

I would like to split one bedroom into 2.
Just wondering if anyone on here has done this successfully, and what the best method would be.

I did a living room into two a couple of months ago, put up a stud partition wall with a door. Really happy with it, obviously they share the initial door so I hav to walk through one to get to the other but turned out good
