Dd will be turning 11 in a few weeks. Parties are normally a big thing for us and she’d planned her last ‘big’ party to coincide with the end of SATs. Obviously none of that is happening now and she is gutted that she won’t see her friends.
Has anyone done anything successful on zoom or similar? She’s not the most technologically savvy and although she has a phone and texts her friends occasionally she’s not that into FaceTime or anything.
We will obviously make a big deal of it at home.
She’s all for postponing the big party but who knows how long that could be?
