I need to brush up on my IT skills, Microsoft Word, Excel and have been looking at those offered by Reed. Has anyone any experience, are they any good? I notice many are not certificated but have varying CPD hours and points which is better if applying for jobs? Can anyone point me in the right direction to any others? Thank you.
