What big changes will you make when this is over?

The obesity link has really frightened me so after years and years of every diet imaginable and plenty of success (but failure to maintain) I’m going to get weight loss surgery. I know it’s not for everyone so that’s not what this thread is about.

I’m also going to really get on top of my general and dental health a lot more than I had.

I really hope to live a lot more instead of just existing when this is all over.

I’d love to hear what changes this has encouraged you to make?

Leave my job. My boss has behaved appallingly over the last month.

I'm going to arrange fewer things to do at weekends. We have really enjoyed all being at home together.

Also stay on top of the garden now we've got it sorted out.

In the midst of all of this chaos, dh and I are buying a big beautiful farm. I commute into London for work (same area, we already live in the countryside but in a smaller house with less land). I’m going to drop my hours down to 80% and also work from home twice as much so I can enjoy my house and all the time I miss out on with dc doing so much commuting.

Also intend to stay at home more. The pressure to make the most of every weekend was, I realise, quite stressful. I find the lack of choice, strangely calming.

Eco friendly stuff, I will walk more and use car less. I've already started to switch to reusable wipes and makeup removal pads. Switched to smol for laundry and dishwasher too.
