Boots payment page: anyone else having problems going through?

As it says in title really, no problem getting onto the site now but payment processing takes all day and just doesn’t go through. Third day of trying. Anyone else?

Yep this happened to me, the app kept crashing then when I opened it again my basket would be empty

It did go through eventually though, stick with it, I’m sure the servers are just working overtime

Thanks - Googled the problem but didn’t see anything! I should try again late at night maybe...

Fed up of seeing this all day 🤔

This happened last week with my order, I then used my phone rather than iPad, my whole order was there, and went through straight away.

@NurseNancyandDoctorDavid oh my god just tried on my phone and it went straight through!! How bizarre?! Am eternally grateful thank you!
