Today I regretted ... (lighthearted!)

So today I was up and on it!

Played hair dresser with the youngest .... changed my bedding...cleaned the kitchen...cleaned the bathroom....even tonights dinner is prepared.

Then I thought to myself....

Ohh I've promised the kids homemade KFC, best make sure the chippan is nice and clean.

An hour and a half later and really rather sore hands - my chip pan is now as clean as the day I bought it.

I never bloody use it ...how did it get so dirty?! Honestly, it's used maybe twice a year.

So go on, what have you done today/recently that you've almost instantly regretted?

Getting up. Sore all over from low blood pressure episode last night where I came round to find myself lying at the bottom of the stairs in the dark. I remember standing up and leaving the room and reaching for the light switch but obviously didn't make it.
Its times like this I regret living alone. Sad

Maybe I should not have posted that as its not light hearted but I am laughing about it now. Going to keep a pillow and blanket in the cupboard under the stairs for next time.

Haud. I hope you weren’t hauding your dug at the time Smile.

And hope you aren’t too sore but that must have been quite a fright.

I regret eating all the biscuits.

I regret my puppy teaching himself to use the doggy door. He came crashing through it with a soggy poo clinker attached to his arsehole by a hair, and proceeded to gallop around the living room windmilling poo everywhere.

Eating an entire massive Lindor Easter egg in one go. Feeling slightly queasy now.

Eating that Easter egg Blush

Accidentally liking an instagram post of my ex’s new flame. Lockdown boredom, having a wee nosey. Pressed like, then hastily unliked it and deleted Instagram. Now look like a crazy person. I am not, just bored.

Please tell me people have done that before

Haud, sorry you're all achey and cack- not brill Flowers
I regret eating a white chocolate Lindor egg- completely to myself, little balls of melty goodness included- then trying to balance it out with the egg from a bournville one. I can only fit in elasticated trousers now.
