I’ve put on a couple of pounds, which feels like less than I deserve. I’ve been out for a 45min ish walk every day and done Joe Wicks. We’ve been in for four weeks though and I’ve gone through a lot of biscuits. Not holding back really. Grin

This threads a good idea!! I'm over weight and can't stick to anything to lose it! So as of tomorrow I am going to fast and do home workouts I want to shift 2 stone! I imagine Ive actually put on alot more than I thought.... Just off to weigh myself 😩

Going up. I'm eating through boredom a lot of the time though, cheese and crackers mainly.

I think I’ve lost weight, I don’t weigh myself but a double chin I’d gained over the past few months is definitely shrinking. Not sure why because I’m eating loads and not exercising!

Roughly the sane but I'm really bloated and a bit sluggish because I'm ending up eating a lot more refined carbs due to that being what's available or needing using up.

Slowly losing again. I want to try and shift 3 stones. Have started C25K and restrict calorie intake to 1200 per day. That's in addition to a long walk or cycle. We'll see. I'm at the end of week 1 of 12 and have so far lost 4lb.

my weight is being controlled by me via careful and accurate calorie counting and exercise - boring but the only way I can avoid gain

It's been going up, most unfairly as I've been on the laundry rack cross trainer 5 times a week for the last 3 weeks. However, I have been back on the dairy and gluten products and I KNOW that messes up my insides.

So for the last 4 days I've cut out dairy and gluten, and hey ho, it's an Easter miracle as I've lost 1kg (I've also finally been able to do a big poo).

Not sure my scales broke and my kitchen scales dont go up very far lol.
