Mouldy raspberries

My lovely DH made me breakfast about an hr ago. I had berries with yogurt with seeds, nuts and cinnamon on top. I went to the fridge to get a drink after and noticed that there was some mouldy raspberries in the punnet Confused
I am so worried I am going to get ill. I have severe OCD and emetophobia and am so careful with food (and DH is usually)
My OCD and Emetophobia are not well controlled at the best of times and so now I have got myself in a complete spin. I have taken myself upstairs to calm down and DH is downstairs stomping around saying he is that dick that ruined the day.
If I was to get ill, does anyone know when this would start to happen??
I know there are more important things going on at the moment but I'm just really struggling

Hi, I have berries every morning and sometimes happen to eat a mouldy one, if it is just a bit, I swallow it, if too much, I spit it out and I have not gotten ill yet (I live like this for over a decade). I think you would have tasted a mouldy berry if you had eaten one, and even if you did, I am so very sure you would not have gooten ill or sick, as I have never done.
I am very sure you are fine :)

@Cheesecake53 thank you for your reply. I'm worried that I would've have noticed I'd they were mouldy because I had so much topping on them. I did notice that they were really soft though

You would have noticed the taste! As mouldy berries are vile. Don’t worry you will be fine.

I always have oats, milk, berries, seeds and much yoghurt and mix it together, so I would not know exayctly what is the mouldy bit, if I have a spoonful. But I sometimes taste mould and then spit it out, so I am pretty sure, if you had a mouldy bit, you would have tasted it. But I have even swalled my fair bit of mildly mouldy (as in tastes mouldy but not overly so and it seems okay to just let the stomach acids deal with it) spoonfuls and so far never gotten ill from that. I even had a mouldy Pizza just before Corona and only realised after I had eaten half and was totally fine. If I could, I would bet that you are absolutely fine :)

Don’t worry! You will be fine. Enjoy your day and try to forget about it.
