It contains little tiny blue bits that spread dye. When you squeeze out the tooth paste it is white but as you brush little tiny blue bits spread dye through the toothpaste to make it blue when you spit it out.

The problem is these tiny blue bits get everywhere. I have to clean the sink after brushing my teeth. They get on your fingers, on the towels all over the place. If you try to wash them off they just spread.
It’s driving me to distraction.

Warning. Never buy this toothpaste.

You have just solved a mystery for me. We had this, but I didn't make the connection. Blush

I knew it would be this one! My kids have the kids version & it’s a complete nightmare - last night one of them even managed to dribble it in the (cream) landing carpet. 😂 at least it’s water based die so it does come off.
It’s a good idea - meant to make you brush longer as it changes colour intensity as you brush but omg the mess!

It comes off with washing but unlike people in films I always manage to dribble toothpaste down myself. I’ve just had to put my dressing gown back in the washing machine after having put it on clean this morning!

I knew it would be this. Total pain in the arse!

Goatinthegarden · 12/04/2020 09:50

Urgh, I accidentally bought that one (think it was on offer) and the daily sink cleaning is irritating.....at least it’s giving me something to do on lockdown...

Reginabambina · 12/04/2020 09:51

It’s not as bad as the one that goes red.

Queenest · 12/04/2020 09:54

Grin yes messy stuff. I bought some disclosing tablets to help my daughter clean her teeth properly and they are vivid purple when you spit in the sink. Saying they, they really do their job.

Ooh there’s another one that I bought by mistake - think it’s total fresh breath. It tastes exactly like the smell of germolene and makes me want to hurl. Was desperate to run out of something essential so I could head back for the right paste!
