What are your favourites? I signed up to Les Mills on demand, and I really don't like it. I can't put my finger on why - the music is terrible, and quite quiet in comparison to the instructor voices - maybe that's the problem; I don't know. I just finish each class feeling a bit flat and I'm not motivated at all with them.
I like Zumba/dance, weights-based classes and step workouts. I don't mind paying if it's good, and ideally I'd like to cast to my TV. Any recommendations?
