The roast dinenr thread in AIBU made me think of it (although I am sure this is not a thread about a thread ... just a segue. )
My favourite winter dish is probably a really decent roast beef with cauli cheese and all the trimmings.
favourite summer dish is roast chicken cooked with honey and orange juice and loads of gorgeous salads.
