I used to do Jamie’s Nans recipe, lovely but a lot of faffing about.
Definitely another vote for Tana Ramsey’s here, which I always use now.

I use Mary berry's recipe but i add grated lime zest and juice too, and some honey in the drizzle mixture

I use this orange cake recipe now but substitute a lemon plus some extra rind. The ground almonds make the cake very moist - its wonderful.

I always do the Mary Berry all in one tray bake , it's tasty and really easy ,I do however double the lemons used and add extra granulated for the crunch
