Hi all
This is the first time I have had the confidence to write on one of these. I have a daughter who is 9 and be trying to get a BFp for 3 years. I have recently found out that I have PCOS. I was referred to a fertility clinic but have refused any help until I lose some weight. I need to get to a bmi of 30. I was devastated! I know I am over weight however going through all the tests before and was so disheartening. I have been ttc for over 3 years. This month I did however show that I ovulated. This was later than predicted but the first time it had shown ovulation on tests ever (not due whether this is because I tested for a longer period than I normally do.) I have read that if you have PCOS the ovulation tests can be unreliable. Just wondering if the ovulation tests are reliable or not with PCOS.
