We all have them. Sometimes over the strangest things. Children do that to you don't they.

Mine are all grown up now and I've had many, many times when I've filled up with pride for them.

I remarried a couple of years ago and I was just looking through the pics on my phone (lovely day etc) and there was one of the 3 of them, standing shoulder to shoulder and looking proud of me and I have tears rolling down my face. I'm still amazed I made these lovely people.

What little things made you proud of your's?

My DTs are only 2. I’m insanely proud of how my dd who got burnt by a cup of just boiled tea not only handled the pain, the Numerous hospital visits but also recovered so incredibly well. She’s amazing!

Dd again after I’d bashed my leg coming up and rubbing it better whilst saying shhh all better, all better.

Ds who has speech issues learning to say mama beautifully clearly and repeating it daily, and the hugs he comes over and gives me whilst patting me gently on the back.

Oh, and when they do something nice for each other! Consoling the other when they’re upset, or bringing them a toy to cheer them up, makes me feel so proud of them!

As you can probably tell, they’re my pfbs 😉
