Servere Migraine

Damn near pooped my pants when it happened my whole left side of my body went numb including my face and tounge. I couldn't talk properly. I was a state went to hosp in ambulance for observation then the migraine started. Still have migraine 24 hours later but the aura symptoms have stopped.

Anyone else gets these? What's your triggers?

Unfortunately they do vary. If I get paracetamol in really early it stops the numbness from happening and I have worked through one or two! I have even read my class a story when having one. However a bad one can knock me out and I have to sleep it off. Sometimes I get the aura and numbness on one side then it swaps to the other. Try and get paracetamol in as soon as possible as it really does help.
