Anyone else had this problem?
Had one last week and thought it was so good I ordered one for my elderly parents to try and make them stay in much to their dismay at me classing them as old (!). It hasn't turned up. The link says it was delivered at 9.38am. Actually it doesn't say delivered it says "disposed of" whereas for mine it said "delivered to jakeyboy" but the online system just send you round in circles. Any advice?
