There are loads of people in House - Jeremy Renner, Billy Connolly - even Gallant from ER and he was in an army uniform.

Courtney Cox was in the He Man film back in the 80s too.

Foreman in House was Gant in ER series 3, depressed intern who fell/jumped in front of a train and died.

I was very confused rewatching it to find Foreman in ER Mixing my medical dramas is not clever!

I love watching ER as at one point or other I think the whole cast of the West Wing appear.

And if you watch the film American President you'll find Martin Sheen as the COS and Ellie Bartlet as the sister of Anette Benning.

Howard in TTBT was also in A Cinderella Story, playing an almost identical role

I've just watched some entirely rubbish films and a TV series called the Librarian/The Librarians starring Noah Wyle. My teenage self would have loved them.
