I logged into a very old account to contact someone abroad, and it asked me for my number and a profile photo. Skipped both these options, started to search then got a pop up along the lines of they needed to check my identity, so needed a phone number to send a code to (had already had one code via email). Couldn't skip this part, so added my number.
Next I got a message to add a photo of myself, again to so they could 'check security' or along those lines. Don't want to do that, but now I can't access anything, not even to cancel it.
Had a quick google, but can't see how I can contact them without being logged in. I don't need the account to be active if I can't do the one thing I needed to. Anyone know how? Very annoying!
