Can anyone confirm first hand that the hairy bikers are indeed best mates and lovely chaps? In these trying times I need something to believe in... and they both seem just so genuinely charming.

Having met them briefly at an airport I can confirm they were polite, friendly, and funny. They seemed to be good pals too.

And why aren’t they on Planet Rock any more? Was it just then blond one who was a chef?

I don't know but I've got quite into their show since lockdown - they are indeed very personable and most of the food looks delicious (apart from the 'black pudding' that looked like an enormous blood clot a couple of days ago).

Watching them right now - I’d be gutted if they weren’t who they seem to be!

@pelleas yeah the blood thing looked minging. I mostly like their hearty grub type stuff but they're so feel good I don't even really care what they're cooking. -Plus I really fancy the blonde one -

It’s a radio station and they used to have a late morning show on sundays but just disappeared a couple of months ago.

I think the blond one was ill for a while and Dave worked on his own.

Either before or after that they had a fallout about something but became pals again and they genuinely are best mates.

I love Si, there is something really sexy about him. I think Dave used to be a make up artist or hairdresser before becoming a telly chef.

Si had a problem with his brain didnt he?

Happy to know I'm not alone in my lust for Si (but I saw him first!). Sad to hear that he was poorly though and that they fell out! Though I 'spose if youre not famous you probably might fall out with your mates every now and again but no-one gives a crap, but if they fall out I guess its journo fodder.

I remember them talking on one of their programmes and Si was saying that many years ago before they were famous, he and his family didn't have much money and were really struggling. Dave went up to visit them and took a load of food with him. They've obviously been mates for a long time. Love their programmes.
