I know this might sound ridiculous but I have terrible health anxiety so please no harsh comments, I put 4head roll on on my head and my 5 year old son licked my forehead about 20 minutes later, I thought nothing of it until he said "you know that stuff you put on my chest when I have a cold, was it on your head because I can taste it' I got him to take a big drink of juice. It has an active ingredient of levomenthol and it says on the instructions if it's swallowed you need to go to a&e immediately as it's toxic and can cause stomach pain, vomiting, dizziness and unconsciousness. Do I need to do anything or what? I'm in Northern ireland if that means anything so we don't have 111 service except for Corona advice.
