We have a bird box on the side of our bungalow, every march a pair of blue tits move in and raise a couple of babies.
We have lived here for 15 years. Me and Dh were chatting this morning that it's the same box and never cleaned.
When they move out usually in may does anyone know whether we should take it down and clean inside or leave it.
When they leave us they move to one of our neighbours and I've seen them clean that box.
