How to return an Argos item by post?

Can't find anything on the website, no label to print etc. Tried calling but can't get through, tried messaging but it just sends me round in circles!

They've sent me an incorrect item so I need to return it as I need the money back to buy the correct item. It wasn't cheap so can't afford to wait until the pandemic is all over.

All I'm trying to do is find a returns label. Does anyone have one please?

Do you know a time that shops at Sainsbury’s, they can return it there whilst doing their regular food shop.

Stores aren't accepting returns, you can only post the returns at the mo :(

Don't know but I'm having the same issue with a broken item from amazon. I don't have access to a printer to print the return label. It's an unfortunate downside to buying everything online at the moment.

Did they deliver it to you? If so then you can't return by post you have to contact customer services and they'll collect.

you can return small items by post. they refer you to your delivery note for instructions

@Kittywampus you can request print free returns from amazon although I would mean scanning an app on your phone so you would need to clean your phone afterwards.

@MyDcAreMarvel they didn't mention that to me on their online chat!

There was no paperwork in the parcel- nothing at all.
I've rung them but the automated message says they aren't Collecting anything at the ok so only was to return is by post

You can't, I just tried to return something. They said I had to go to Sainsburys where there is a small Argos to do it.
I said I can't I only go essential shopping in Morrisons so they gave me an exemption email to say I can exchange it in a couple of months or whenever this is over and it will still be within the allowed exchange period.
