Do I need ID or .... what?

I got them a slot as dad has COPD and I couldnt get a delivery, but I need to collect it for them and it occurred to me that I may not be able to without dad there (its his card that is paying). Not had a response from the email I sent 2 days ago, I know they are very busy so I get that, but I need to know!

I'm just impressed that you got a slot for anything! Can't answer your question though - sorry.

I picked mine up from Tesco by just giving my name, I offered to show my order on my phone but he didn’t want to look. I reckon you’ll be fine.

Taken me days, weeks to get one. FYI if you look at the van on the "You are on a queue" page for long enough, it looks like it says "freshly dicked" :o:o

They just asked my name when I went. Can you get a bloke to pick it up and give your Dad's name, unless you're male of course.

We got a email to click when arrived and lady just asked name so can't see why not.
However half was missing and rest had very random substitutes which they then said I had to accept despite being completely unsuitable due to allergies or being double price of what we ordered. I know they are doing a tough job at minute and we were grateful for slot as trying to avoid shops due to health issues but I'm not sure forcing expensive or unusable items on people will work in the long run...

Yeah the above is true, lots of my order was missing including all bread products

We're prepared for a lot not being there, I've advised them to go for "no subs" as I do.

The only person who could collect who is a geezer is my BIL and he is HV too, so it has to be me. worst case is that ma and pa go but we'd all rather avoid that if we can.

No it's fine. I pick up for my dad. I just give his name. They're aware that many people are picking up for others.

Thanks :)
