Anyone for a CF thread?

My neighbour attached a punchbag to my fence today. A proper one, that's four foot long and weighs 25kgs. Needless to say, I don't think my fence will stay upright for very long...

This is the latest in a long line of problems with this neighbour. I wonder what will be next?

Anyone else got a CFer even during lockdown?

Have you spoken to him and told him to remove it? What an idiot!

God, what a wanker!

My previous neighbour took out a fencing panel whilst we were on holiday so that her pre teens could play on my toddlers garden equipment. Tosser.

If it’s your fence tell him to remove it!

Tell them to remove it it!

It's a bit more complicated than telling them to take it down. There is an antisocial behaviour investigation open and the police have advised we steer clear of them and log everything with them.

I did, however, act on legal advice we were given a few weeks ago which the neighbour is aware of. as we were doing mediation but the person doing it has said they can't help..! That advice relates to the fact they drilled a gate into our front boundary. We were advised to remove and had not done it yet for fear of escalation. Since the punchbag went up, it helped me grow a pair and I went out and took the gate down. When they noticed, neighbour then came round banging on our door and looking in our windows when we didn't answer. Then stuck a shitty two page letter through our door at 11pm last night.

Covid-19 obviously slows everything down but my solicitor should be sending us a draft letter today...

@GertrudeCB that's shocking! What a joke Shock

Interesting. What did the letter say?

Our neighbour moaned about the fence being too high, he’d ‘prefer a lower one’ well then you pay for it dickhead! He has also not taken long to attach a washing line on it. What worries me is the Washing line is attach to a slat rather than a post so that’ll get weaker and we weren’t even asked if it was ok to use our fence, we’d have said yes but please use the post...
