Any Virgin holiday reps on here please?

Hi, I've got a holiday booked for end of August. I'd like to move my trip to the October half term which hopefully if this dreadful virus has settled will be possible (if not we'll move to next year)

Just wondered as I need to make my final balance payment by the end of May, if I move my holiday will the payment date become later?

I dont want to ring up and check as staff will obviously be busy with people due to take holidays soon but obviously could do with the later date as my husband is currently not working.

Thanks

You need to contact them. Would you believe anyone who told you whether to pay or not, said it would be fine to pay later? Then turns out it's not?

Contact them directly.

I can't contact them until after the payment amount is due. I just wondered if there was a Virgin rep on here that was used to dealing with things like this and could advise me.

How would you know that the poster was a virgin rep and why would a virgin rep know about payment plans? Confused

Contact them

When I say Rep I mean a travel agent type rep. I was only asking for some advice. I'm worried like the rest of the world. Just thought I'd seek some advice. Confused

You need to contact them directly. Nobody can give you that type of advice on here. Too much misinformation around

I've been told I cannot contact them yet as they won't deal with my call. I know I can't just take advice off random people on the Internet but wondered if anyone actually worked for Virgin mignt be able to advise me. I'll just have to pay the balance if I can't get through.

Not virgin but I have a holiday booked with tui which I am going to move to next year. Their balance due date is 12 weeks before holiday and they have told me that if I move my holiday then the new due date is 12 weeks before the new holiday.
I would assume that virgin would be the same. I messaged tui to ask this on facebook, they took a few days to reply but they did get back to me.
