Is there a book like Twilight but actually good?

I read it in my youth and remember falling for Edward. I don't think I could bear to read it now.

Is there something along the same kind of lines but not... absolute drivel?

If that makes sense

Robin McKinley's Sunshine is well worth a read. Loops fluidly from mouthwatering deceriptions of baked goods to gruesome vampire dispatching, plus lots of well rounded characters in an intriguingly constructed world.

Discovery of witches is quite possibly the worst series I've ever tried to read - I like a bit of vampirism and love Oxford-set stuff so you'd think it would tick all my boxes but dear god was it drivel.

Leigh Bardugo as mentioned by a pp is good though.

100% Discovery of Witches which I also enjoyed a lot (sorry newyearnoeu!)
