I wondered if anyone can advise. We booked through TUI and paid in full to go on a holiday to Lanzerote on 29 March. We have had a couple of emails to say they will contact us re next steps ie, a refund. But we have heard nothing as of yet and have no way of contacting them. You possibly can access the website for an alternative holiday but we would like a refund. Should we contact our credit card company to advise as we will have to pay interest soon on the card. TIA.
