Asda click and collect

I have organised a click and collect slot for my.mum - what is the process for collecting ie does she need id? Or just the email? Do i need to put something in the notes about her collecting it instead of me? I usually do deliveries but couldn't get a slot...

Did you get a number?
She may need to download the asda app. It should tell her what she needs to do.
At some Asda's you just let them know on the app that you are on your way.

At others, you drive up to the click and collect point, enter your number at the terminal and they bring out your delivery.

Usually you drive up and give them your name and the order number and that’s it, I got one on Saturday and have one this Saturday, DH has an autoimmune condition and we can’t get an online shop at all.

So if I send her the email with the number on she should be fine? Thank you all. So difficult to help living far away but this I can do..
