NHS shoe help!

I work for the NHS and am being redeployed to the wards.

I desperately need some new footwear that works with uniform policy, is comfy for being on my feet for long shifts and looks ok.

I prefer to wear my dress rather than tunic and trousers which rules out most trainer type shoes as they look daft with my dress!

I have considered Clark's unloops as everyone and their dog seems to have them, but I don't think I can do it, they're just slightly too unsightly. Sorry if you have them, I know they're REALLY comfy! Im early 20's and still care far too much about how I lookWink

Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks

I dont really think that theres such things as nice ward shoes to be honest- also I tend to find the uglier the better at repelling spills, needles and muck! To be honest noone will be looking at your feet.

Do you know where you're being redeployed to? Some trusts dont have dresses and some wear scrubs.

Big fan of Clark’s funny dream (or something like that!) SO comfy for a long day at work, but you’ll probably think they look even worse! 😂

Studies have shown that shoes were a major spread of coronavirus in HCP. My trust has advised that everyone were crocs or similar to minimize touching them and enable regular washing.
