I’ve realised I have become completely inflexible. I can barely get up from the floor after kneeling. I feel about 100 but I’m 42. What on Earth can I do, will I ever get flexibility back at this age?

I would second yoga. I started doing online sessions about a month ago and can already fee the positive effect (although was a bit sore to begin with)

I did try a 10 minute online session and I could hardly do them! I don’t know when this even happened....

I've found the same and I'm under 30! Although have had multiple injuries which doesn't help. I'm about to start yoga and hope that it helps
