Universal credit and childcare

I’m in a bit of a pickle over childcare costs. Basically my childcare provider (after school club) double entered my September payment so I paid less last October. I didn’t realise as it was half term, she then messed up my January invoice so I ended up owing them money. I paid that off last month but am now a month in arrears as I couldn’t afford to pay 2 months worth in one go.

Usually I claim it back from UC and send a receipt from the club and my bank statement. Club is currently closed so although I can pay the fees and get back in track this month I’m worried that UC won’t reimburse me without a receipt.

Have asked my work coach but he’s just said it would be reviewed - no guarantee. Anyone else in a similar position? I can’t really afford to lose over a £100 in a months budget and am waiting to be furloughed Sad

Later present uc is just trusting declarations so unlikely to ask for a receipt. Declare the costs and journal the situation, chances are it will just be approved
