Hi all,
I am back after these last days of lockdown: comfy trousers, no sport , time for cook and 1 or 2 glasses of wine for our FaceTime aperitif with family and friends. Result this morning +4lbs ! So I decided to come back on track with this morning a 30 minutes sport on YouTube, and I decided to substitute 1 meal a day with a meal replacement. I personnally like the Pickslim shakes , and I allow myself 1 bar with a tea mid afternoon to ensure I will wait until diner. My husband is still working so I substitute lunch , and I am able to keep enjoying our diner time together. Let’s hope I will see noticeable improvement at the end of this week. Who is in a similar situation ? If yes, what do you do? Any other idea or tip is very welcome! Stay home , stay safe.
