where would you prefer to work in? Which is better in terms of: salary, job security, work life balance, better progression, working flexibility (WFH, compressed hours etc..)
Your experiences?
From my experience, I have noticed a lot of people work in the private sector for the majority of their life. In my workplace (public sector) we have a lot of people who are 50 plus I told them what they did before and they said private sector. They said they were much better paid there and they only came here because either they made enough money, wanted something less stressful or were made redundant.
