Buttermilk

Would you use buttermilk dated 1 April? Kicking myself I haven’t used it yet. If you’re happy to use it today, would tomorrow still be ok?

Yes. I've used it for bread a few weeks out & it's been fine

I was planning on making scones so I hope that would work too...
