ASDA delivery in the way. What to expect?

Not had a delivery before and don’t know how it will work during lockdown. Will they just stand back while I unpack items from their boxes. How do I return an item I don’t want?

Mine came in bags, first time in ages. 9 substitutes. A different bread, 2 small bags of sugar instead of a large, low fat spread instead of ‘normal’, HP beans instead of Asda, fish felix pouches instead of meat etc etc. I am eternally grateful and thankful for each item. I get extras for the elderly neighbour across the road and she was thrilled with her more expensive cheddar as opposed to the Asda value type.
