OP I think you just found our family's perfect lockdown house. Indoor pool with endless pool training for DD and DH + gym relaxing pool for me, tennis court for DS and a pool table with cinema room for all of us to play and relax in perfect. Couldn't want anymore. Shame we couldn't afford it.
