Cheese & onion in dirty white bread with more butter than necessary.

Walkers pickled onion in a morning roll (specifically the morning rolls from my nearest convenience store) and loads of butter.

Walkers Cheese and onion, white bread, butter, and a small layer of Salad Cream.

White bread, Philadelphia amd Walker's salt and vinegar.
