Making bread today. Tried and tested plain flour recipe please?

I'm a novice but can follow a recipe. Which one do you use? No strong bread flour about, but I do have plain flour.

Soda bread is good. Plain flour, milk, lemon juice, bicarbonate of soda.

Doesn’t need kneading and is quick and easy to make.

This makes a great loaf, don't put as much water in as they say, though! Just over 1 cup is adequate.
