I'm a foster parent (?) of border terriers who need new homes . I'm usually impervious to their charm and they go on happily to their new homes after they have recovered from their ordeals. They have vet treatment with me and when they're well enough and ready they go on to their forever homes.
However, I got a call on Wednesday saying that's there was a very badly treated border within my area and could I go and get it from the rescuer (maintaining social distancing) which was very rare. So I went and got her on Wednesday evening and she's been here since. She's not going anywhere we're in love with her and she's filled a hole we didn't know we had.
She's had a really shitty life, she's 18 months and the vet thinks she's had at least 1 litter, she underweight and unlike most dogs who have lived in a garden shed for most of her life she's not scared of people she wants to sleep on us and she's honestly the sweetest dog ever
So help me name her!
